I had such an incredible experience that I couldn't resist going back twice in a single week! The convenience of complimentary valet parking added to the overall satisfaction. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, setting the tone for an exceptional visit. Even though I decided on a last-minute lunch, I never felt rushed at all. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food surpassed my expectations. The butter cake dessert, in particular, was a standout, offering a truly special indulgence. Not only is the food outstanding, but the venue itself is stunning. The meticulous decor placement and thoughtful design contribute to its beauty. The abundance of natural light creates a pleasant ambiance, making it an ideal spot for a casual date night, a delightful girls' lunch, or an impressive business lunch or dinner. Enjoy!!!

Best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at!! 10/10 everything was so delicious and flavorful service was awesome for the size of the party. Very attentive and informative of the dishes. Pricey but sooo worth it!!! Will definitely be back!

Celebrated my birthday here with a lovely dinner. The ambiance was lovely. The atmosphere was calm and romantic. We sat at a table just outside of the patio. Heat lamps roaring, lightly dimmed lighting to set the mood. Out waitress was excellent at recommending dishes to try and we ended the night with ice cream topped with warm expresso. A night to remember!

Very excited to eat here. Solid reviews so I was excited to check it out. Thursday night, not busy. Seated quickly. The service was horrible. Took about 15 minutes for any server to acknowledge our table of four. Ordered everything. Another 15 minutes for drinks. They brought two drinks but not the others. More waiting. Food arrived. Burnt greasy pizza and one pasta was bland other pasta was too spicey, other item was a salad. It was okay.. Eventually the waitress came back and asked how our food was. I told her my pizza was burnt and showed her. She had no comment. Not I’m sorry can we make you another one, no I’ll remove it from your bill, literally no comment. Bad food, HORRIBLE service. No thanks. I’ll pass on this place, $150 for bad food and bad service. No thanks.

This is very nice looking restaurant. The patio and green room appear to be nice, but too hot for June. The host seemed bit arrogant when we arrived. He was better when we left. The service is very good. Our server Ashley (spelling?) was awesome and had great recommendations. Adequate wine, beer, and cocktail options. The food is very good. We ordered the Caesar salad 5/5, the house chicken 5/5, hangar steak 5/5, potato wedges 5/5, and chocolate mousse cake 5/5. Cannot wait to return.

Ostia is another of our favorite establishments which is a Montrose neighborhood-centric joint with a menu reflective of Chef Travis McShane’s approach to farm-to-table, rustic, and lighter Mediterranean fare with an underlying Italian tone. This Montrose favorite boasts botanical-inspired patios, outdoor-oriented interiors, including casually-chic dining spaces, air-conditioned outdoor terraces, and an intimate chef’s table. The Osteritas (Margarita) and many dishes are AMAZING! Sometimes the service has been a bit slow. Valet parking or parking lot located on Dunlavy, beware of massive pot hole as soon as you drive on ramp as your vehicle will drop hard.

You will find the most amazing and delicious combinations of flavors at Ostia. I love that the menu is seasonal and constantly changing, I cannot wait to go back! Delicious cocktails too

Loved Ostia! Came here because it was on Eater’s 38 Essential Houston Restaurant list and I have never been let down by a recommendation of theirs. Also I really wanted to try their chicken as it was described as having a “cult” like following and it was superb. We had the burrata, peach and jalapeño salad and omg it was amazing!! I’m so glad our server recommended adding the focaccia to that order because it really accompanied it so well.
